Intelligent factory is the core element of industry 4.0. At present, the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises largely rely on the construction of intelligent factories. In addition to the design of water, electricity, gas, network, communication and other pipelines, the construction of the intelligent plant also includes the planning of intelligent video monitoring system, intelligent lighting and lighting system, ventilation and air conditioning system, intelligent security alarm system, intelligent access card system, intelligent fire alarm system, etc. With the deep promotion of "made in China 2025", more and more manufacturing enterprises are preparing to enter the field of intelligent manufacturing. As a result, there are many opportunities for enterprise transformation. We are often invited to upgrade and transform factories / workshops. From the traditional production line layout planning and clean workshop design, more and more demands are focused on the upgrading and transformation of clean workshops and intelligent workshops.



"Intelligent manufacturing factory" is different from the traditional "manufacturing factory". It has three important symbolic processes: information flow, logistics and operation flow. Within the scope of clean plant (purification workshop) construction, the content matching the word "intelligent" will involve automation, systematization, digital management system, digital monitoring system and automatic control system in the supporting system of the clean workshop. Generally speaking, it is to achieve the premise of ensuring the production process environment requirements, greatly improve the control stability, save energy consumption, save personnel, mobile monitoring and other effects, and improve the comprehensive management level of the plant.



Taking the design and construction of a mechanical intelligent mechanical equipment production center in the case as an example, the construction objective of the project is: the intelligent workshop requires the use of a man-machine integrated system composed of intelligent equipment, sensors, process control, intelligent logistics, manufacturing execution system and information physical system. According to the process design requirements, the plane design shall achieve the objectives of intelligent production, limited capacity scheduling, automatic material distribution, status tracking, optimization control, intelligent scheduling, equipment operation status monitoring, quality traceability and management in the production and manufacturing process of the plant. Based on this requirement, the designer formulated a workshop plan for the company. According to the R & D requirements, the company took the constant temperature and humidity laboratory (R & D + testing + high-performance precision measurement) as the center, supported five sets of automatic / semi-automatic high-precision assembly production lines, and created an intelligent production workshop combining design, R & D and intelligent manufacturing for the company. The design scheme also pays attention to the five-year goal of comprehensive enterprise development and innovation, and makes full preparations for upgrading. From the technical point of view, the designer emphasizes the following points.



Key points of design layout of intelligent clean workshop:



1. The clean room (area) of the intelligent workshop is only equipped with necessary process equipment, as well as processes and working rooms with air cleanliness level requirements.



2. Clean rooms (areas) with air cleanliness requirements shall be close to the air conditioning machine room; The process with strict air cleanliness requirements shall be arranged on the windward side; The process equipment liable to generate pollution shall be arranged near the air outlet.



3. Fully consider the installation, operation and maintenance route of large-scale equipment, and preset the installation port and maintenance port.



4. Air lock room, transfer window and separate material inlet shall be set.



5. The layout of various supporting system fixed technical facilities (air supply outlet, illuminator, air return outlet, pipeline, etc.) in the intelligent clean workshop shall give priority to the requirements of the purification air conditioning system.



Most of the intelligent factories discuss the design of CPS and MES, while the expert enterprises in the field of clean engineering design and construction pay attention to the infrastructure. Only when the designers have a complete grasp of the production and process flow in the plant, are familiar with the standards and specifications, and have rich experience in clean engineering design can the layout of the intelligent workshop, personal purification route, material purification route, HVAC system, pipeline organization, fire protection system The construction of professional supporting systems such as water supply and drainage systems serves the intelligent process.
